BOOK WITH ME
My approach offers a safe, supportive space to explore the challenges affecting your well-being, relationships, and sense of self. Grounded in attachment theory, we work together to understand how past and present relationship experiences shape your emotions, beliefs, and coping strategies. Through this process, you can develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and more secure connections with yourself and others.
Healing doesn't happen in isolation. We are wounded in relationships, and we heal through relationships—through safe connection, attunement, and being seen.LEARN MORE

Registered Psychologist
Hi, I’m Jessica …
ABOUT ME
I am a Registered Psychologist who works with both individuals and couples. I hold a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
Perhaps the most significant influence on this career change was my own therapeutic journey. Through therapy, I experienced firsthand the power of self-awareness, personal growth, and healing. The insight and knowledge I gained inspired a passion for cultivating compassion for myself and others, which ultimately led me to pursue a career dedicated to supporting others in their own journeys toward greater well-being and authenticity.
