My Approach

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, authenticity, and compassion, the core pillars of attachment therapy.

Attachment therapy provides a powerful lens for understanding how relationship experiences shape the way we see ourselves, regulate emotions, and connect with others. In both individual and couples therapy, I help clients identify attachment patterns that may be contributing to distress, conflict, disconnection, or feelings of insecurity.

I often work with people who identify as people-pleasers or perfectionists and want to develop healthier boundaries, stronger self-worth, reciprocal relationships, and a more balanced life overall. Together, we explore the patterns that contribute to self-criticism, overwhelming thoughts, chronic guilt, and self-sacrifice. I work with you to cultivate greater self-compassion, strengthen confidence in expressing your needs, and feeling more secure in making decisions that reflect your values, all while maintaining meaningful connections with others.

In couples therapy, we explore the patterns that leave partners feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or caught in cycles of criticism, guilt, self-sacrifice, and withdrawal. By fostering greater compassion for yourselves and each other, we work towards strengthening communication, expressing needs more openly, and creating a relationship where both partners feel valued, respected, and emotionally connected.
